The Handbook of Competency Mapping: At Kobo, we try to ensure that published reviews do not contain rude or profane language, spoilers, or any of our reviewer’s personal information. I’ve been working in the field of core competencies for about 20 years and the books I would recommend are few. There are some potentially useful checklists, but overall, it “felt” like a PhD hanebook awkwardly turned into a book.

Assuming no prior knowledge, the book introduces the reader to the concept of competencies and how they work. Also, the glossary should have included the in-text definitions.
